We have put together some Frequently Asked Questions below and information about the Halloween Ghost Release. MJP 2024 Ghost© season has come to and end, check back in Spring/Summer 2025 for our Ghost release date!

  • No pre-ordering is available for Mollie Jenkins Pottery Ghosts©.
  • Limited ghosts are available; once they sell out, there will be no more for the year.
  • We will have the total quantity split up between individual sizes being sold: (S, M, L, and very limited quantities of XL) as well as sets (one of each: S, M, L).
  • New this year: We will offer a discounted bundle price for a S,M,L and XL set!

-Click the person icon in the top right corner
-Click “sign-up” underneath the sign in boxes
-Enter your information
-Go to the link in your email to verify your account and get started!
-You can go ahead and add in shipping addresses to save to your account ahead of time as well.
  • *Make sure your SHIPPING ADDRESS is correct when order is placed, this cannot be changed once the order is received. 

Due to people missing out in years past, here are some helpful tips below that will expedite your checkout process: 

Items placed in the shopping cart are not reserved. This means orders are only guaranteed once the order has been placed. You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order. In addition, we saw issues last year with people who used PayPal as this process adds a few extra steps (and time) to the checkout process. 

Ghost heights: This is an average range of the heights of the four sizes we offer. Each ghost will vary in size, please keep this in mind. Some will have crooked eyes, bigger mouths, be tall and skinny or short and fat. Ghost expressions will also vary which adds to the fun of collecting these Ghosts each year!

The heights and prices are as follows:
 
Small: 3" to 4 ½": $42
Medium: 6" to 7": $50
Large: 7" to 8 ½": $54
Extra Large: 10-13": $175
Set of Small, Medium, Large: $118
NEW 2024 Bundle: S,M,L, XL: $285

 

The Ghosts absorb heat from candles so please be cautious when handling Ghosts once the candle has been burning. 

 All orders will be shipped USPS. Orders are currently expected to ship within 5-8 business days. 

Forms of payments accepted include: Credit Cards, ShopPay, ApplyPay, Paypal, GooglePay, and MetaPay

Canceling Orders: Ghost orders cannot be canceled. Once the order is in our shipping queue, it cannot be canceled. All sales are final. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
