    Position: Production Potter

    Required:

    • Ability to lift 50 lb. on a regular basis
    • Proficient at Wheel Throwing
    • Capable of replicating wheel thrown shapes
    • Capable of throwing 10 lbs on a regular basis
    • Ability to throw efficiently and precisely to certain shapes and measurements
    • Ability to throw for multiple hours in a row
    • Positive attitude
    • Works well with deadlines
    • Organized
    • Reliable

    Position: Studio Assistant

    Required:

    • Ability to lift 50 lb. on a regular basis
    • General studio cleaning and maintenance such as sweeping and mopping
    • Assist in production process including but not limited to sanding and glazing pottery
    • Carry out shipping and fulfillment of orders
    • Minimum weekly hours: 15-20 hours
    • Positive attitude
    • Works well with deadlines

    • Reliable

    Position: Marketing/ Customer Relations

    Job Description: The role of Marketing/Customer Relations serves as liaison between MJP and its customers through social media and interpersonal relationships while maintaining communication with internal operations to achieve an optimized and consistent brand experience.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Facilitate all customer facing experiences through Showroom operations, email and social media communications.
    • Creatively direct social media and marketing presence through content planning, posting, and shooting. 
    • Photoshoot planning and facilitation to drive social media engagement and sales.
    • Work with Mollie to develop, plan and execute upcoming projects concept to deadline.
    • Maintain MJP Showroom and website through merchandising, inventory management and customer relations.
    • Manage wholesale and vendor inquiries and relations.
    • Other responsibilities and tasks as needed.
    • Minimum in-person weekly hours: 30 hours
